Pros

Compettitive Pay at initial offer.

Cons

Not racially diverse almost uncomfortable for minorities, NO increase in pay over time (raises come in 10ct increments), not a team friendly environment co-workers usually at each others throats. As you can imagine this sometimes causes a hostile work environment which management finds not important enough to adress? Looking for new job personally.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
