Typical half assed company - Fleet Management Amerit Fleet Solutions Employee Review

Too many cons to list, but luckily for you readers I have the time to list them all. Let's start with the most important. Employee's are not being paid on time and get short paid every week. Vendors are not being paid for their services and parts being supplied to Amerit. Amerit expects Mechanics to work out of a box truck with a bench and a compressor in the most dangerous places and situations. There has been countless times where a Mechanic was expected to fix the impossible in a clients parking lot or warehouse. Mechanic have to diagnose drivability concerns with no diagnostic equipment. Amerit offers no long term growth for its employees. No Technical training or benefits other than a sub standard medical package and NO match on 401k's. HR dept is horrible with no sense of urgency, emails bout employees not being paid goes unanswered for days. Senior Management treat employees like slaves. They want you to work crazy hours with no promise of getting paid for it.
