Pros

Decent hours, pay is decent for now

Cons

Lies and more lies. The company will tell you one thing and then do another and turn on you. Micro managing is through the roof. They are doing whatever they can do take pay away from the techs and limit overtime but keep sticking it to the customer. If you are honest you won’t make decent hours. If you get on managements good side you can falsify pm forms DOT forms and and hours without any issue. Everyday the rules and systems change and you are expected to know and go back on your time to fix it. Training is done on your time as well. 401k doesn’t match health insurance isn’t that great and they will invest no money in you. Was told contract is standing on thin ice so may be short term anyway. You are just a number do not let them tell you otherwise. If you question anything you will be shunned

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
