Pros

Employees are very friendly and as efficient as they can be.

Cons

New Hampshire management is terrible. They make fun of their employees. Sometimes right to their faces and belittle everyone. They are very unorganized but, insist on trying to blame the employees instead of owning up to their own mistakes. They leave pertinent information out of emails and over the phone purposely to make things more difficult for the employees. Stephen particularly. He is a downer. Always complaining and never follows through with what he says he is going to do and he makes fun of people and tries to make them feel stupid. He hasn't done this to me but, I've witnessed it too many times now to not say anything.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
