10yI really appreciate the time that you took to provide a very comprehensive review. You are so right that with rapid growth, come the challenges of resources. Relatively speaking, the corporate office is still quite small which leads to what you described: "one-man" departments with no back up. Our senior leadership team is dedicated to continuing to work on strategies that will help us to grow as a company, drive superior levels of customer service but that also provide our employees with a great work life balance. And we absolutely are dedicated to streamlining processes so that our employees can take the vacation time that they need and deserve. Thank you for the advice on communications. Sometimes, when it's a small office, it is easy to assume that somehow communications just happen organically, but that isn't always the case. With respect to celebrating success, it is something we try to do on a regular basis, though, to your point, this has been a really challenging year! We also plan, in the new year, to introduce a start of the art on-line recognition/communications system that should facilitate the ability to reach out to employees with updates, to solicit feedback and to also recognize the great efforts and talents of all our employees.
