Pros

I would have to say the flexibility of the job, and the communication. The people working there really make this job worth it.

Cons

In the grand scheme of things its not so bad, but when you dive in to a local level of management any where in the company, and I can confirm that as I worked for this company on both sides of the country, its absolutely dismal. Poor communication that comes out from management seems more reactive than proactive. It often comes down harder on the RFM's and FM's when deadlines are approaching. The remedy for this would be extensive training programs which this company doesn't offer outside of multiple teams/zoom meetings. or one or two days of actual on site training, and even that really means nothing.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
