Pros

I am paid a fair raise, we are trained properly. If management feels we may be weak in an area, we are supported and given proper council and advise to complete our task. My direct supervisor has been nothing but helpful and considerate of any family issue that may arise.

Cons

Having a plan for your day, may get blown out of the water quickly. Its not a con at all but it makes some days challenging. :)

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
