Pros

Mostly remote job position. Other than that, not much..

Cons

Work / balance. 60+ hours a week. No real help from upper management other than word salad of how you should your job. Keep getting more work added to your load.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
