Your dedication over the past 10 years—through extreme weather, long hours, and challenging conditions—does not go unnoticed, and we deeply regret that you haven’t felt appreciated or supported in the way you deserve. Our technicians are the backbone of Amerit, and the concerns you've raised highlight a disconnect that we need to address.
While we’ve made strides in certain areas, it’s clear we have more work to do in showing our appreciation for the teams on the ground. Morale, recognition, and equitable engagement across all levels of the company are critical, and we will continue to push leadership to ensure those doing the hard work every day feel valued.
