Pros
Health benefits were good. I went from having none and having to pay out of pocket so for me it seemed much cheaper. They had a lot of "food days" so you could get some free food on a regular basis.
Cons
Overworked and underpaid. The company was more concerned with quantity of output than quality. If you could put out more work it didn't matter if it was incorrect or came back in to get fixed over and over again they liked that you continually made a "band-aid" fix for those. I spent a lot of time digging and getting to the bottom of issues to fix them permanently so my "numbers" weren't as high as they wanted so I always got passed for promotion. I would do the work of and was trusted with the work of higher level employees because I did it right I just never got promoted for it.
