Pros

Benefits are reasonable. If you had worked at other company, however, they aren't the greatest thing since bacon, but the CEO'll try her best to tell you that.

Cons

Read the other reviews. Also look at reviews from Ann Marie's previous company, Sakti3. The company is run entirely at her whim, so don't even think about having "feedbacks". - "growth beats comfort", except when you're Ann Marie then you know everything - The company grossly oversells its technologies. If you still wanted to see for yourself, ask these two questions in interview: as an "AI" company, where does the data come from? What kind of technologies do you use in your tech stack? They'll try their best to hide these from you. If you're new to the job market, especially as an engineer, do yourself a favor and talk to another tech company, and compare the responses. - You're expected to be an "owner", and therefore expected to be just as passionate about the company as the CEO. Also have to be willing to "sacrifice" and put in long hours, even though really your shares in the company are just options. Most didn't even exercise them when they left. - Benefits are reasonable, but no better than other startups around the area. The CEO will try tell you that it's the best package out there. Again, do yourself a favor and talk to another company first.

Pros

1. Fully remote 2. Nice manager, and coworkers. 3. Good benefits

Cons

The CEO lacks technical knowledge but regularly inserts herself into engineering decisions, overriding people who actually understand the product. She has a high ego, does not take feedback, and surrounds herself with people who won't push back, even when she's clearly wrong. The product is bad and marketed as something it's not. Pay is low for the work expected. The culture is micromanagement dressed up as "high performance." This is a sinking ship, The financials speak for themselves.
