      Awesome benefits, great pay, very intelligent and talented workforce who loves supporting the mission of the company.

      Cons

      Leadership is short sighted/reactive and only focuses on near term cost savings, resulting in too many layoffs. There is no stability. Workload can be heavy depending on the department.
