Stock provision only given to Manager level and above.
End-year performance review is done in Q4 (i.e. Oct-Dec), but the annual bonus is only paid out on March the following year which is a big gap.

Cons
Management style can be controlling and micromanaging with expectations that shift without clear communication. Employees are held to high standards but not always given the support or clarity needed to meet them. Performance concerns are documented quickly without full context being considered. Culture does not match the company’s public image.
