**This is a reflection of my experience of my role and might not be reflected in other departments**
1. Leadership and Management are horrible! Needs a lot of improvement. Whoever hired senior management needs to double-check who they've hired. They hired individuals who are not well-versed when it comes to effectively building strategy or leading a team.
2. Meetings, Meetings, Meetings: Expect to constantly be in meetings. The running joke is that you have a meeting to discuss scheduling another meeting.
3. They promise work-life balance, but there is none. I worked every weekend for the 3 months that I was there.
4. It's a constant game of hot potato. Tasks keep being handed off to other individuals and there's no accountability.
5. Horrible work culture: There is no company-wide events, no bonding, everyone is VERY siloed.
6. Lots of drama and toxic work environment - a lot of people love to gossip!
7. Narrow-minded - maybe it was just my department; however, they had a very conservative outlook.
