      Good facilities & healthcare/pension. Opportunities to move to different roles/positions within the company

      Because it's such a big company it can be difficult trying to figure out who to go to for certain info.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, generous time off policy. Most people are easy to work with and friendly. Made great lifelong friends during my time there

      Cons

      Not all in leadership positions should be leaders or can make the right decisions. Some "favorites" get pushed up the ladder way to soon, regardless if ready for the position or not/
