Pros

Great products, benefits, salary, bonus

Cons

Deceptive Company. All the way to the very end for me. Lied to us about expansion, future ect....Bad culture. From the very beginning I was led to believe this place had a great culture. Wrong! Everyone man from himself at this organization. Co-workers throw each other under the bus and these behaviors are encouraged. At one time perhaps a great culture has now been destroyed. Never have I seen so many incompetent leaders in my life all the way down to District Sales Managers. Worst I've seen. To this day, not sure how this woman was promoted. Absolutely, the laziest manager I have ever worked for. No benefit of the doubt ever. What goes around comes around. No accountability here. You could not pay me enough to work at this co again. Stay away unless you are absolutely desperate. There are much better organizations out there.

Pros

Excellent compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities. Strong investment in innovation, patient-focused mission, and world-class manufacturing capabilities. The New Albany site offers exposure to complex biologics operations, large-scale capital projects, and opportunities to work alongside talented and dedicated professionals committed to delivering medicines to patients.

Cons

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
