High learning curve – you'll work on complex models, valuations, underwriting, and portfolio analytics used directly by senior teams in the U.S. Collaborative culture among analysts and associates; most colleagues are smart, driven, and helpful. Good access to U.S. team members and leadership when you take initiative. Good work-life balance compared to other investment or asset management firms in India.

Cons

Compensation does not fully match the level of responsibility or the work equivalent to U.S. standards. Limited career visibility — development paths and internal mobility could be clearer. Some structural and communication gaps exist between the U.S. and India offices; decision-making may feel distant or unclear. Processes and data systems continue to evolve, causing rework or inefficiencies. HR policies continue to evolve — standardization and transparency can be enhanced.

Major facetime culture - if you are an in office employee there is little flexibility. Very old fashioned company - you have to play the game Management sometimes makes choices that can make employees feel shafted or disrespected
