Business Outlook
Pros
Being a larger company the health benefits was good. Working remotely also.
Cons
Lack of structure, VP’s consistently being fired for “unknown reasons”. Being worked like a dog, while your “leader/vp” did absolutely nothing. It’s a dictatorship, I was a better fit for a VP position than 90% of them. However, they were very well aware of this, so instead of utilizing me effectively, the VP’s put up their guard.. meanwhile they’re turning the other cheek while unethical practices were occuring on a daily basis, it’s part of the culture there. So I was fired without notice, for absolutely no reason.
