Pros

There are some good coworkers but not enough to deal with seniors/upper management.

Cons

This is 100% a burnout job. You will be severely overworked and comp is significantly less than competitors. Fire drills are a daily occurrence for no apparent reason. There is constant turnover of strong talent because they understand this is not a place for a long term career. Toxic work culture - management will throw their employees under the bus. Complete lack of leadership or direction for the company. Management needs to be replaced with competent leaders in the industry that actually know what they are doing. But that will never happen. Highly unethical review process for employees as there is no 360 review for providing feedback of management. If these cons are not enough to deter you from joining this company, then just read the other reviews from former employees. And I say former employees because it's pretty apparent that management makes current employees write fake reviews (bunch of 5 star reviews with little to no cons). What a joke of a company.
