Pros
Some nice coworkers but they have all left the company. There used to be free lunch in the past but not anymore due to Covid.
Cons
Hostile management. Employees are burnt out but their voice was never heard. Slow and inefficient processes resulting in too much manual work so employees have to work overtime every month. There was also too much drama and gossip. I've read through most of the reviews posted within the past 2 years and realized that the bad reviews were long and detail while good reviews are very brief. I think HR is trying to post fake good reviews in order to bump up the rating from below 3 to at least 3. That’s an unethical tactic. If you really want work life balance and an understanding management, please stay away from this place! There are so many other companies that offer greater compensation and benefits with reasonable work hours. Thank God that I have landed a much better place.
