There are no pros within this organization

Cons

This company is on a major decline. Out souring to Costa Rica and trying to restructuring a department due to over hiring is a mistake the executive team has made, that will make this company worse in the future. Used to be a decent place to work but that has now changed within 5 years. Sean Dobson and executive team are clueless and don't care. thy have lost all control and need to revisit all business core objectives.

Major facetime culture - if you are an in office employee there is little flexibility. Very old fashioned company - you have to play the game Management sometimes makes choices that can make employees feel shafted or disrespected
