Cons
Many problems at this company. Do not work here. If you are thinking of working here, there are things you should know. You will not matter. You will be laid off without any thought. You will be expected to work extreme hours and not complain about being overloaded. You will not be treated with respect and you will not be appreciated. Upper management will criticize you and blame you for anything that goes wrong. Upper management will not be looking at themselves. You cannot expect to know what is really going on. You will be told that the company is going full force and then there will be a big layoff (4 in a year). Don’t expect support or planning. Many positions are outsourced off shore. If there is any way to outsource your work: they will. Your mental health will suffer. You will be gaslighted. Many people are aggressive and just not even decent to others. They don’t do 360 reviews because they don’t want to know how managers are doing. They don’t want feedback. You can’t expect a raise or promotion at this place. The positive reviews are planted or not legit. The best thing you can do is stay away.
