Pros

Great Benefits Stability (As long as tour decent, you will be guaranteed a job) Great place to gain experience If your looking for a place to learn basic skills and secure a 30+ plus career with little challenge this is the place for you.

Cons

Room for growth is tied mostly to your relocation capabilities. If you move every 24-36 months you move up no problem. You don't even have to be qualified for the position. VPs Are severely disconnected from the front line experience so they make decisions that are often bad customer service practices. Most things feel like a reaction instead of a proactive approach. The higher up you go the less you are expected to speak your mind which is why turnover is so high. No one is listening. The program training issued is set up poorly as were taking outdated systems and making them new but more complicated to use. Most of branch managers and Vps have no idea how to use the systems and what the customer experience is like but they're calling the shots.
