Pros

Inbound calls nice peers to work with

Cons

even if you have a college education Company would rather hire someone with no real life experience, never owning a home, and no insurance background than promote its own hard working people - if you are over 40 you can forget about getting promoted you are way too old

Thank you for your review. At our company, we promote based on ability, leadership and the desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities. We greatly value our promote-from-within philosophy, and we combine this philosophy with the hiring of college graduates in order to complement our employees; college graduates help to give different perspectives and career aspirations, especially when it comes to our leadership team. We’ve recently updated our career lattice to provide greater opportunities to our employees. If you’re interested in a new position at our company, we welcome you to speak with your manager or email employeefeedback@amica.com to discuss opportunities. Thank you.
