Pros

Great health insurance, 2 weeks PTO, 2 weeks additional sick time, 12 holidays, volunteer PTO days, matching 401k (plus they make extra contributions), over $6k in bonuses within first year of hire (depends on certain conditions -this was just my circumstance), great management, WFH options available, paid lunch every day due to COVID

Cons

no option to WFH 100%, work can be a little boring and repetitive once you're finished with training. headphones can be a headache after using them all day. only thing that would make me happier is if they offered a 4 day work week full time

Pros

Strong business ethics and corporate social responsibility, robust employee training program and benefits package, success sharing bonus, hybrid work schedule, employee engagement activities, nice office environment

Cons

Heavy workload = more work for less pay, dependency on OT to complete tasks = poor work/life balance, unreasonable expectations from upper management, high burnout risk/high stress, micromanagement, schedule inflexibility, removal of manager sales incentives that was previously available
