Pros

Benefits are great. Leadership does care about employees feedback and makes changes. Training is gradual stages so not all at once when getting licensed.

Cons

High turn over. Leadership is either long haulers or no real insurance experience so you can either get someone that is amazing or someone that knows less than you (but they have a degree). No flexibility to work from home even if temporarily. Seems each office has different guidelines and a lot of back and forth or things getting left undone. No real career paths outlined, just go along for the ride.
