Good benefits, good hours, food and drinks provided many days. Always paid on time. Most management is okay but it really depends on what department you're in. Yearly raises.

Time off isn't very flexible. Seniority rules. Low pay for the amount of work expected. Sick pay is given as a lump sum on hire date, you don't accrue more throughout the year as you work. Some weekend workdays with only 2 days notice sometimes.

Not to hard on the body

Management doesn’t care for you
