No direction or leadership at management level or plant level. Management constantly worries about covering their butt. Your value is based on number of hours worked. No regard for home life. Poor culture. I've never seen management gossip like this. They run very very lean and everyone, does the work of 4 people so expectations are unattainable. Negative, sneaky environment.
