Pros
Great colleagues. Very Flexible hours. No real academical qualifications required. As long as you can convince that you can do the Job, You get the job.
Cons
Very Biased Management. They promote and nurture only the people they like. The Management is very gender and race biased( they like local whites,Chinese and some Indian women). Women and non locals have to work harder to move up the ladder. Not all internal positions are advertised,just given to people who they favor the most.
