      it is a union job so a con would be if you were just hired or low on senority list then you get laid off first

      Great learning environment with very nice people. Projects were very informational and relevant to the role and were made for great experience.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Sometimes it felt like no one knew what they were doing.
