Barely any training and they do not care you either figure it out or you do not. Lots of cliques. Lots of BS talk and rumor spreading. Terrible pay and benefits High turnover rate Middle of nowhere Lots of favoritism and they hire their friends of family friends that are brainless Old school mindset. Good ole boy mentality HR does not care about you and only fights for the company Management is a joke and only got to that level because they are friends with the execs.
