Pros
Flexible environment -- most managers (but not all!) don't mind if you're not there at 8am or might even allow you to WFH. 5% match on 401k -- for now. See below.
Cons
Where to start? Worst "healthcare" imaginable. If you have a family of 4, you will pay out-of-pocket up to $8k before the company health insurance picks up a dime. A DIME. Prepare your sphincter. Profit driven? When profits dip from 19% to 18%, there WILL be layoffs. Profits above all. Also prepare for 3% annual raises regardless of your performance. Combined with the ever-shrinking health "benefits" you will actually lose money every year working here. There are no bonuses, stock options, or profit sharing of any kind for non-senior management. It's quite clear the senior management DOES get to participate, though. Because of these issues, moral at the company is terrible.
