The engineering management is a joke!Few hard working engineers who really care about the work and want to get things done!Then another group of cocky managers who fight everyday for petty things and annoy everyone else!There is a huge bro culture, if you are not part of the bros(brothers), forget about a promotion or decent pay let alone and decent treatment!You will be treated like trash even in front of your peers or meetings. If you are reading this you are probably thinking about joining but let me warn you, you should reconsider your decision unless you are desperate for job. If I was a young engineer, I would leave right away.
