      Takeover by Amphenol of previous company was swift. Pay stayed the same after takeover. Some management changes were made.

      Cons

      Benefits were slashed, including sick and personal time. Education assistance vanished. This was all done after promise of identical benefits for the first year.

      Pros

      Great learning environment with very nice people. Projects were very informational and relevant to the role and were made for great experience.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Sometimes it felt like no one knew what they were doing.
