Pros
One of the best run manufacturing companies I’ve worked for. A lot of autonomy and potential to take on responsibilities. Amphenol is probably best for a self driven, motivated person who doesn’t want to be boxed in by too many unrealistic policies or procedures. For people who need constant guidance and hugs it probably wouldn’t be a good fit. Many of the managers and directors have been with the company for a long time and started out in lesser roles - so potential there if you are willing to put in the work. The GM is savvy and straightforward . Company is stable and growing quickly. Interesting product and application with lots of market potential.
Cons
Some growing pains - people who have retired and then gap from their absence. Because they run pretty lean when there is a lot of growth people are spread thin until they can get new people on board. All pretty common challenges I guess.
