Ruthlessly efficient multi-national corporation. Incompetence is not permitted and is quickly excised. High performance work environment. Co-workers are pleasant, competent and love what they do for the most part. Sales enjoyed good management support to make higher level contacts at key customers. Management not afraid to shake things up to obtain better results. Management invests in training for Sales and Marketing staff.
Cons
Ruthlessly efficient multi-national corporation. Base salary OK, but bonus plan was not fully disclosed until after employment began, and it was structured so as to make any reasonable commission bonus nearly impossible. The company is set up to maximize shareholder value. People who loath fiscal quarter-to-quarter fire-drill shenanigans need not apply.
