Pros
As the title says, it is a good place for freshers. There are a lot of learning opportunities. And we get proper exposure to the corporate working environment.
Cons
But later on it gets difficult to manage multiple projects due to less manpower and the company doesn't compensate well. I got to know that for the same role at a competitor company, they get paid almost double the salary.
