Pros

Flexibility - able to work from home a couple days a week

Cons

There is no training for new hires, and no time for new hires to try to learn before they are in the rat race. Management is also too busy to even help or guide new hires, so they are left with trying to get other coworkers to like them so they are invited to projects and taught different parts of a typical SI role. This continues for years, so not just new hires. The IT systems are also extremly outdated, so the environment is overall very chaotic, and extremely inefficient. Overall, it’s a stressful environment with little to no work life balance. It’s a great place to work if you’re passionate about the tech and youre not concerned about little work life balance.

Pros

Nice to have 1 hour lunch breaks

Cons

-Engineers don't have enough time to do engineering because they are being controlled by production team. They will overlook quality until it costs them money and then blame the engineers only -about 1 engineer per department and will increase production but not capability -HR lies about the range of pay when being hired -You will get messaged and called before and after working hours and during weekends -no real training. They just hope you don't drown
