- Pay is pretty solid - Great STORE team (not management) - Organised structure

Cons

- Terrible upper management (no communication, SOMs don’t respond - Greetlining: Old conservative method that doesn’t attract customers but discourages them. 7+ hours of standing for little-to-none results. Not allowed to sit down - KPIs: Unrealistic, only SMs and Clinicians get rewarded - Overall boring: Same repetitive tasks, no leisure/fun - Role of CSO: You need to allow us to do more tasks. It’s ALWAYS either Greetlining or Recalls

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
