Your experience will be 100% determined by your manager. There is lots of conversations about culture and leadership development. It’s all words, there isn’t accountability for poor leadership. Those leaders end up being transitioned to other internal roles.
There are wonderful leaders in the organization, not many, cross your fingers you report to one of them.
