Working hours are good with no weekend work

Cons

The company cares only for the $$. Excellent customer service is NOT in the equation. Surely customer service builds great relationships and rapport with clients, which in turn makes the company money?? Not in their eyes!! This position is also extremely stressful! I was treated like a machine!! This was a bad relationship as I care about people.

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
