WELCOME, again, to the AMPLI-Fam and THANK YOU for sharing your initial views of AMPLIFON. Having been with AMPLIFON less than one year also, as your CEO, I could not agree with your views more. People are really nice and we got a good culture of AMPLI-Fam going; plus, the activities we do to make people regain their gift of sound - be it through our corporate store & franchise business (Miracle-Ear), Buying Group business (Elite Hearing Network) and insurance business (AHHC) - is super exciting; especially, with the future of this sector (hearing care) being so bright and full of opportunities. That said, I also agree with you, that all these opportunities come with a big need to prioritize 'what to do' and 'what to stop doing', as we might otherwise do too much and make parts of the company work too much (and, loose focus). In addition, there is always some areas in a business that during certain times of the year have to do crazy workloads (eg Budget Season: Finance etc); which, to some extent, is 'part of the gig' as you might know. That said, I encourage you - with your fresh mind - to look at what is going on and share your views with me on 'where we can do less' and 'where we can do better' to make sure we focus on our priorities and do not waste anybodys time, with matters that are not business critical. My door is always open, as you know ;-)! Thank you, again, for having joined AMPLIFON and, I hope, your positive experiences continue! Yours, Marc
