As the CEO of AMPLIFON AMERICAS I am super happy to hear this; especially, as we continue to hire as we grow and, especially, as the 'onboarding process' in the past has been subject to criticism and - having listened to that feedback - has been redesigned by our HR team to make for a better experience in terms of 'what' we do and 'how' we do it. Effective onboarding is a critical component in setting new members, like you, up for success and, hence, we owe it to you. We succeed as a team, if you succeed in your individual role.
