What an amazing review! THANK YOU! As your CEO, to hear that you feel listened to & cared for, is a BIG thing. Especially, in times of strong growth and rapid change (which you rightly highlight as a potential CON for some and a potential PRO for others), it is important to stay connected with everyone (irrespective of whether you thrive in fast changing environments or not)... As one of my favorite quotes goes: "If you want to go fast, go alone! If you want to go far, take your time to take others along!" That said, I have to play the compliment back to many of you within our AmpliFAM: For leaders to be able to listen and care, it takes the organization to SPEAK UP and voice their opinions. This, I do NOT take for granted (whilst I do expect any modern leader to listen & care) as it takes courage and trust, to make your voice heard.
