Great Company and Fantastic Coworkers - Lead Accountant Amplifon Employee Review

"Some very manual processes", indeed! That is the brutal fact that we still have to face "at present time" across several parts in the organization. In fact, as (y)our CEO, I often adress this even in the interviews that I conduct as I want everyone to understand what (a) they are getting themselves into, potentially and (b) to give comfort that two of our biggest ongoing projects are called BACKBONE TRANSFORMATION and BIG DATA. We have recognized that we are a fast growing company with a need to redesign our systems / process / data infrastructure; which we are doing & which we are doing fast. In fact, we are only a year away from some very exciting and cool changes in this regard; so, watch the space ;-) THAT SAID... as someone one asked me "If you could have the best structures, the best systems, the best processes or... the best people; what would you want...?"... my answer did not require a lot of reflection... I WANT THE BEST PEOPLE! And, I am proud to say, having worked in many countries and having engaged with many companies... we got amongst the best people in terms of the WHAT we do and HOW we conduct ourselves.
