Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Whilst I like the sound of "good company", as (y)our CEO, I want us to be considered a "great company". Indeed, I am aware that we have pockets in the organization where we are 'too lean at times', despite - actually - being a company which is growing in headcount and not cutting headcount. But, we are growing fast and our structures, processes and systems need to keep up. That said, in terms of structures & headcount, I believe, we are committed to hiring but many of our employees still get burdened down by non-value added manual work. If we could free up this time through the new & innovative technology agenda we have started and aim to complete by end of next year (upgrading & integrating our system ecosystem; applying artificial intelligence to some processes etc), I hope, we will all realize that we 'have sufficient time' and - perhaps, more importantly - 'spending the time' on the right things. Come and see me in my office, if - in your opinion - I am misguided in my view and / or if you want to let me know more details of why we are 'only' good and not 'great' yet... others might be happy with 'good'; I want you to consider (y)our second home - ie AMPLIFON - as 'great'...
