Thank you (!) for your review; ESPECIALLY (!) as you are raising your voice as an active team member. When we are working at a company day-in-day-out, I do not take for granted that anyone would make the time to share their experience. That said, of course, it is nice to hear - as (y)our CEO - that you endorse the change we are going through and support we are trying to give. This year alone, in fact, 12.000 training hours have been invested already! That said, I hear you when you say ‘working hours can be long sometimes’... with the day-2-day job and the transformation - as exciting as it can be - we do, indeed, recognize we have excessive working hours in some parts of the organization. We continue to recruit and look for top talent to join us but, then, we also always have to be prudent as we go along of course. In the meantime, ANYONE can help and step up to tell their managers - or me directly (the door is always open, as you know) - what we can STOP doing or, perhaps, should POSPONE.
