The cliques are also awful, people are not friendly nor welcoming and you will often feel left out and just quite frankly extremely uncomfortable. Stop partaking in toxic behavior with each other. It trickles down to the bottom and makes everyone uncomfortable and look for work elsewhere. You will lose every good employee if you don't serve as an example. But by that point the lack of quality leadership is clear and you will still lose every good employee. Listen to those way under you instead of those on your level/near the top. It's very sad the amount of people who start here excited about the opportunity to work for this brand only for that to be tainted with such negativity.
