As your CEO, I want to thank you for taking the time to give us feedback after leaving AMPLIFON. First of all, I am disappointed to see you leave after only 1 year, for - probably - some of the reasons you mention. It is true, that we are a highly ambitious organization, despite being the leader in our sector. We are not the company that manages 'business as usual'; we are the company that is looking for 'the business as unusual' from a position of strength and to avoid complacency. That said, as you know, we have an ambitious 3yrs roadmap for our continued business transformation and it is unlocking even more exciting growth opportunities (which is why we have ambitious goals). That said, I have empathy for the fact that - despite the incremental 'millions' we are investing in talent recruitment & development, innovation and systems infrastructure - it still felt to you like we are asking you to 'do more with less', did not give you 'no onboarding' and / or were 'unreasonable' in our expectations. I have to admit, AMPLIFON is probably not for everyone... we often say "we are the industry leader but we feel like a startup". Of people who have recently joined, like you, we see people thrive who are highly self propelled, impact focused and enjoy change & big transformation. That said, let this be a valuable insight for everyone who is reading this post and I wish you well in your next role. MCL
