Some nice genuine colleagues but unfortunately they are just taken advantage of. Shame.

Gargantuan pay cuts across all dispensers/ audiologists/ HAAs. MASSIVE PAY CUTS. HUGE. The better you are at your job the more it will cost you. Normally in the region of 20%- 30% deduction in overall wages. Sometimes a lot more eg half of wages. Some people thousands a month. One, Two, three or four thousand A MONTH. yes that’s right A MONTH. A MONTH. Management don’t care at all about employees they haven’t got a clue. Employees are just numbers that are squeezed very hard for the pound of flesh. Then squeezed a bit more then disposed of. Like trash. Customers are taken for granted, the morally superior image the company creates is pure fiction. Well crafted fiction, just ask someone that works there. They will tell you the pressure that exists and how customers are just taken for granted. Many staff had had breakdowns from the stress and bullying from above, Or got mental health issues from the anxiety, worry, pressure, mismanagement, bullying, gaslighting. KPIs are invented weekly. Constantly changing. Targets are plucked out of thin air. Ridiculous. It would be laughable but it is actually quite serious as it really affects people it is normally a few mortgage payments PER MONTH that staff are having deducted from wages. And Amplifon think this is ok to treat people like this? Maybe in Italy not in the UK we have standards like common decency and respect. This is not the 18th century we have moved on as a civilisation. Supposedly. Bordering on illegal. Goodbye Amplifon. If you want to stay sane, happy, mentally healthy and of sound mind then you really need to avoid this god forsaken company, they have driven many good people into the ground, and they are trying to make the rest bankrupt.
